1. General

This return policy is only applicable for products purchased on website  www.auravedecor.in OR through our customer care. Any queries or issues related to orders/returns/refunds/exchanges such as return requests must be notified on our customer care through either of the two options:

Can I cancel or modify my order?
  • We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with a proper reason for the cancelling your order within 4-5 hours of placing the order.
  • Dispatched orders can't be modified or cancelled.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer shipping across India.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility
  • If the return request is raised and confirmed by buyer within 3 days from date of delivery of the product (including the date of delivery). 
  • Return request raised or confirmed outside this period will not be accepted. 
Conditions
  • If the item received is damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect. 
  •  If the item is different from specifications mentioned on the product page/order page. 
  •  If the item is having missing parts or accessories as mentioned on the product specification. 
  • For any claim approvals, complete order unpackaging video is mandatory (within 24 hours of order delivery). Without it, no complaints will be approved.
Non-Eligibility
  • Any return reason other than the conditions listed above will attract SHIPPING FEE charges deduction PER PRODUCT QUANTITY/SET as per below table (depends on the refund method chosen by you). 
  • Any other charges paid apart from product price while placing the order are non-refundable.

Why do we charge shipping fee ?
We have to bear two-way shipping charges for both forward and return orders. These charges amount is atleast 2.5 times the above listed charges. However, we are recovering only a part of that amount as deduction.
What is not covered in return policy
  • Due to multiple factors, colour of the product shown on website may slightly vary from the actual physical product and this variation in colour will not be covered under return policy
  • Customized / made-to-order products are non-returnable & non-refundable.
  • All kind of Fabrics, Cushion Fillers/inserts & Gift Box/Wrapped products are non-returnable & non-refundable.
Return Pickup
  • In case you decide to return the product, we will arrange the reverse pickup from the same delivery address and share detailed instructions.
  • In rare cases, when the reverse pickup is not available (due to courier serviceability at pincode or other reasons), we may ask you to initiate the product return through your own courier within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Returned product may take upto 6-7 days to reach us after the pickup.
Return Packaging
  • Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, parts accessories, original packaging delivered to you.
  • Buyer will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.
Disclaimer
  • We reserve the rights to reject returns, refund or replace the item depending on your return request and return conditions fulfilled.

3. Exchange Policy

Eligibility
  • If the exchange request is raised and confirmed by buyer within 7 days from date of delivery of the product (including the date of delivery).
Conditions
  • For exchange a one-time convinience fee of Rs.100 per item quantity will be charged.
  • NO REFUND would be given for EXCHANGE orders.
  • If the exchanged product is of lesser value than the original purchased product- the difference amount that we need to pay to you can ONLY be redeemed against a coupon code (valid for 1 year from date of issuance) which will be shared with you for any future purchases.
  • In case the exchanged product is of higher value than the original purchased product - the difference amount (excluding shipping charges) has to be paid by you. This amount has to be paid within 7 days of product delivery else exchange request would be considered as cancelled.
  • Exchange is allowed only ONCE.
  • Exchanged Product would be dispatched once we receive the original ordered product and its QC is done at our end.
Processing time
  • Product Return & Exchange processing time may take approx 10-12 days.
  • In case the exchanged product is customised, this processing time might extend upto 15 days.

4. Refunds

Charges for Refund
  • Refund in Store Credits / Voucher - NO CHARGES DEDUCTION (You get what you paid for the product). Store Credits have a validity of 1 year from date of issue.
  • Refund in Account or any other mode (except Store Credits) - Convenience Fee Deduction from the product amount paid (as mentioned in the Return Policy here)
  • Note: Any shipping charges paid while placing the order are non-refundable.
Refund Modes
  • PREPAID order refund amounts will be transferred to the original payment mode only.
  • COD refund amounts can be given in the form of store credit/voucher of agreed refund value OR in the payment mode & account number provided.
Refund Processing times
  • Refunds in Bank Accounts may take upto 6-7 business days after the return order is received.
  • Refunds to Store credit/voucher may take 1-2 business days after the return order is received.

5. Customised Orders Policy

How to place order ?
  • For placing a customised order, please contact us on customer care through either of the two options:

Conditions
  • Customised orders are accepted on FULL PREPAID payment only. 
  • No COD or Partial payment will be accepted for such orders.
  • Customised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Please ensure to order the exact size / Measurements of the product being customized.
Order Processing Time
  • After receiving the payment and its confirmation, it will take atleast 2-3 business days to customize the order.
  • This time might vary based on the customised order volume.
  • After dispatch, it will take approx. 6-7 days for order delivery.
Status of Order
  • You would be notified of order confirmation and order dispatch on your WhatsApp or email.
Cancelling or Modifying Order
  • After a customised order is confirmed and paid, it is not possible to cancel or modify it. Under no circumstances, refund would be issued.

6. Free Products Policy

  • FREE product eligibility is based on a SINGLE order of value as mentioned in offer.
  • Order value can't be combined through multiple orders placed on same day.
  • FREE Products will be assorted and will not show up in cart/order. 
  • No Design or Product Selection available for FREE products. 
  • For Free Products, any claim of return/replacement/exchange for any reason will not be accepted. 
  • We ensure all the FREE products under this offer are DEFECT FREE. 
  • Any other sale offer mentioned is applicable & limited to purchases from website only.
